Quality & Compliance

Every shipment is engineered to meet international export standards — from moisture control to phytosanitary certification.

Our Standards

Export-ready, every time.

Consistency is the difference between a one-off order and a long-term buyer relationship. We invest in quality control at every stage of the export process — because we know your buyers do too.

🧪 Independent Lab Testing

Every export batch undergoes moisture, aflatoxin (B1 & total), pesticide residue, ochratoxin A, and heavy-metal analysis via UNBS-accredited or third-party labs.

📋 Complete Documentation

Phytosanitary certificate (MAAIF), Certificate of Origin (UEPB), EUR.1 (where applicable), fumigation certificate, commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading — all included.

📦 Flexible Packing

Standard jute, GrainPro liners, hermetic bags, vacuum pouches, and telescopic cartons. Private label and buyer branding available on all commercial volumes.

🚢 Verified Logistics

Trusted freight forwarders at Mombasa & Dar es Salaam. Reefer container monitoring for fresh produce. Air freight coordination via Entebbe.

🔍 Batch Traceability

Every bag is coded back to its cooperative and harvest window. On buyer request, we provide a full traceability document per container.

⚖️ UNBS & UCDA Aligned

Compliance with the Uganda National Bureau of Standards, Uganda Coffee Development Authority, and destination-market requirements including EU 2023/915 (mycotoxins).

Behind Every Container

Discipline is the differentiator.

Nine controlled steps between the farm gate and the port — no shortcuts.

Our Process

Nine steps from farm to your port.

  1. Cooperative Sourcing — We buy from vetted farmer groups organized by region and crop.
  2. Receipt & Weighing — Every delivery is weighed, tagged, and logged at our facility.
  3. Preliminary Sorting — Physical defects, foreign matter, and under-ripe material removed.
  4. Moisture Control — Additional drying (if needed) to hit target moisture spec.
  5. Grading — Screen sizing, density sorting, and grade assignment.
  6. Lab Sampling — Composite sample sent for aflatoxin, pesticide, and defect analysis.
  7. Packing — Bags/liners/vacuum per contract; every unit weighed and marked.
  8. Documentation — Full export docs prepared and pre-approved before container stuffing.
  9. Loading & Dispatch — Container stuffed under supervision, sealed, and dispatched to port.
