Yes. We are registered in Uganda and hold all applicable licenses with the Uganda Coffee Development Authority (UCDA), Uganda Export Promotion Board (UEPB), and Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) for phytosanitary certification.

We buy from farmer cooperatives and organized smallholder groups. This gives us access to a wide, resilient supply base while ensuring farmers receive fair, direct payments. We do not compete with the farmers we source from.

Absolutely — serious buyers are welcome to visit our Kampala facility and cooperative partners. We coordinate origin trips including farm visits, cupping sessions (for coffee buyers), and quality-control walk-throughs. Contact us in advance to arrange.

Our flagship crops are Arabica & Robusta coffee, fermented cocoa beans, Hass avocado, long cayenne chilli, and Bourbon-type vanilla beans. We also source sesame, hibiscus, moringa, honey and other crops on custom program.

Yes. If Uganda produces it at commercial scale, we can source it. Tell us the crop, grade, volume, and buying frequency — we’ll come back within one business day with feasibility and an indicative offer.

Certified organic and Rainforest Alliance lots are on our roadmap for coffee, cocoa, chilli and vanilla. Selected lots are already available on request — talk to us early so we can plan sourcing.

Every bag is coded back to its cooperative and harvest window. On request we provide a full traceability document per container listing cooperative names, farmer counts, and harvest dates.

MOQs vary by product. Coffee, cocoa, and chilli are typically 1× 20ft container (~18–20 MT). Fresh avocado is 1× 40ft reefer (~24 pallets). Vanilla samples start at 5 kg with commercial orders from 50 kg.

Yes. Roast samples (coffee), bean samples (cocoa), pod samples (vanilla and chilli) are available. Buyers cover courier costs; sample cost is credited against your first commercial order.

Our standard is FOB Mombasa or FOB Dar es Salaam. CIF and DAP terms are available for regular buyers with agreed destination ports. Ex-works Kampala also possible for buyers arranging their own logistics.

Yes — for commercial-volume orders we support custom-printed jute bags, telescopic cartons, and vacuum pouches with your branding. Setup fee applies for print blocks.

Coffee, cocoa, chilli: 2–4 weeks depending on grade and grading queue. Vanilla: 1–2 weeks for available lots, up to 6 weeks if cured-to-order. Fresh avocado: scheduled to weekly harvest windows.

Every export batch is graded at our Kampala facility, sampled by independent labs (moisture, aflatoxin, pesticide residue), and documented with a full traceability record. Learn more on our Quality & Compliance page.

We work with UNBS-accredited and independent third-party labs in Kampala and Nairobi. Copies of test certificates are shared per shipment.

We stand behind our contracts. If a properly-verified spec failure occurs on arrival (with third-party surveyor confirmation), we work with you on discount, replacement, or refund per the pre-agreed remedy clause in our sale contract.

Yes. Every batch destined for EU markets is tested against the EU 2023/915 aflatoxin and ochratoxin A limits before container loading.

Primary: Mombasa (Kenya). Secondary: Dar es Salaam (Tanzania). Air freight via Entebbe International Airport (Uganda) for perishables and vanilla.

Sea freight to Europe: 25–35 days from Mombasa. To Middle East: 12–18 days. To Asia: 20–28 days. Air freight (perishables/vanilla): 1–3 days.

Commercial invoice, packing list, phytosanitary certificate (MAAIF), Certificate of Origin (UEPB), EUR.1 (where applicable), fumigation certificate, ICO stamp (coffee), UCDA certificate (coffee), bill of lading, and lab test certificates.

Yes — CIF to major destination ports and DAP door-delivery in select markets are available for established buyers. Please indicate destination and preferred incoterm when enquiring.

For first-time buyers, we typically request 30% advance deposit and 70% against copy documents. For established buyers with proven track record, we offer letter-of-credit at sight (L/C) and other flexible arrangements.

USD is our default trading currency. EUR is accepted for European buyers on request. Payments are received via SWIFT wire transfer or L/C through our Ugandan and international banking partners.

For repeat buyers with an established relationship (typically after 3+ successful transactions), we may offer partial credit terms subject to trade-credit insurance and internal review.

No. Our quotes are all-inclusive against the agreed incoterm (FOB / CIF / DAP). Bank charges on the buyer’s side are borne by the buyer; on our side, by us. Everything is spelled out in the sale contract.
