MOQs vary by product. Coffee, cocoa, and chilli are typically 1× 20ft container (~18–20 MT). Fresh avocado is 1× 40ft reefer. Vanilla samples start at 5 kg with commercial orders from 50 kg.
Our standard is FOB Mombasa or FOB Dar es Salaam. CIF and DAP terms are available for regular buyers with agreed destination ports.
For first-time buyers, we typically request 30% advance deposit and 70% against documents. For established buyers, we offer letter-of-credit and other flexible terms.
